— Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to book a speaker

Straight answers to the questions event organisers ask us most often. Something else? Write to us — we reply within 48 hours.

Who is UnoMe?+

UnoMe is a Swiss speakers' bureau founded in 2014 by Matthieu Collas and Edgar Grospiron, Olympic moguls skiing champion. Based in Switzerland, we represent 172 speakers — athletes, entrepreneurs, researchers, artists — for corporate conferences and conventions, in Switzerland and internationally.

How do I book a speaker?+

Send us the date, venue, audience size and your topic via the contact form. Within 48 hours you receive a shortlist of available speakers with fees and availability. We then handle the contract, content briefing, travel and on-site coordination.

How fast do you reply?+

Within 48 hours on weekdays you receive a shortlist of speakers with fees and availability. For a last-minute replacement, we react the same day.

How far in advance should we book?+

Three to six months ahead is ideal for a highly sought-after name. Two to three weeks often works too: with 172 speakers on our roster, we find a strong solution even at the last minute.

How much does a speaker cost?+

Fees depend on the profile, the length of the talk and travel. UnoMe always quotes a single, all-inclusive amount — fee, travel and accommodation included — before any commitment. No hidden costs, no surprises.

Do you charge agency fees on top?+

No. UnoMe's remuneration is included in the single quoted amount. You sign one contract and pay one invoice, with no extra charges.

Which languages do your speakers present in?+

French, English, German and Italian depending on the speaker. Many are bilingual or trilingual, and we can arrange simultaneous interpretation on request.

How long is a keynote?+

A keynote typically runs 45 to 60 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q&A. Short 20–30 minute formats work well for convention openers, and most speakers also offer half-day workshops.

Can a speaker present remotely or in a hybrid format?+

Yes. Speakers present on site, by video conference, or hybrid for audiences split between the room and remote. Remote talks are usually shorter and more affordable.

Which cities and countries do you cover?+

All of Switzerland — Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Bern, Basel, Lugano, Montreux, Sion, Fribourg, Neuchâtel — plus Europe and worldwide. Travel logistics are handled by our team.

Which topics do your speakers cover?+

Artificial intelligence, digital transformation, leadership, motivation and resilience, health and workplace wellbeing, finance and economics, innovation, future trends, sport and performance, sales and customer relations. Each topic has a dedicated page with the matching speakers.

What happens if a speaker cancels at the last minute?+

Rare, but planned for: thanks to our network of 172 profiles, we immediately activate an equivalent replacement on the same topic. You are never left without a speaker.

Can you advise us if we don't know which speaker to pick?+

Yes — that is our core business. Describe your audience, your message and your budget: we build a tailored shortlist and explain the strengths of each profile to help you decide.

How can I become a speaker represented by UnoMe?+
